As Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to the Finance Executive Leadership Team you support both SVPs in their roles, to take over responsibilities and handle day-to-day items.


Aufgaben
  • Overseeing various aspects of managing the logistics of the SVPs' daily business, including presentations, interactions with colleagues, scheduling and coordinating travel
  • Assisting the SVPs' team members and direct reports to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules
  • Managing the flow of information to and from the Executive Leadership Team; filtering, prioritizing, and summarizing critical information to ensure that executives are focused on high-priority issues and decisions
  • Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization
  • Supporting budget meetings and timetable coordination
  • Managing ad hoc project support and overtaking diverse tasks

Profil
  • Profund experience as executive assistant and/or consultant with a proven success in a project coordination role and experince with budget management
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in accounting business administration or equivalent would be a plus
  • You have excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail
  • You would describe yourself as loyal and know when how handle things with confidentiality
  • Empathetic team and networker with a supportive and collaborative working style
  • Ability to work focused in a flexible and fast paced environment
  • Knowing how to communicate on different hierarchy levels and with different stakeholders
  • You have strong Excel, Word and PowerPoints skills
  • Speaking and writing both in German and English on a professional level is a must
